How long does a survey actually take?
Most surveys run 3 to 5 minutes, and the estimated time is shown on every card before you start. Your answers are saved as you go, so stepping away mid-way doesn't cost you any progress.
When do I get my gift?
As soon as you cross a reward milestone, your gift is queued for dispatch to the address saved on your profile. You'll see a "Your gift is on the way" confirmation in the Rewards tab — so keep your address up to date.
What happens to my answers?
Brands see trends, not you. Survey responses are analysed in aggregate, and your contact and delivery details are used only to reach you and send your rewards. Read the full detail in our Privacy Policy.
Do my points expire?
Your points stay on your balance while your account is active. Some surveys are marked mandatory to keep earning — complete those when they appear and your streak and balance keep building.
